Please adhere to the rules and measures that we have put in place regarding Covid-19 and fully cooperate with our Staff. The safety of our customers and staff is our priority.

Please do not enter our centre if you have any Covid-19 like symptoms, please follow government guidelines.

Stick to a maximum of 6 people per lane from one household or Social Bubble only and do not mingle with other groups.

Please regularly wash and sanitise your hands. Sanitising stations are provided throughout the centre for your own safety as well as ours.

Masks must be worn during your visit including whilst Bowling unless you are exempt or under the age of 11. Masks may be removed when eating or drinking in the Bar, Diner and at the Tabletops on the Ball Racks behind the lanes.

We actively encourage contactless card payments and have raised the limit per transaction to £45.

For food and drinks orders please ask a member of staff or use the 'Order Food And Drinks' button on the Tablets at the Lanes and a member of staff will come and take your order. Food can also be ordered at the Bar and Diner but we would kindly ask that only one person from your group goes to place the order.

Pre-book your lane whenever possible, this will help us to plan and to ensure social distancing can be followed and thorough cleaning/sanitising can be carried out between bookings.

Whilst Bowling please keep to your Lane area and ensure that you socially distance from other groups. Please only use the Balls that are on your Lane and do not remove Balls from other Lanes.

Please maintain social distancing at all times keeping at least 2 metres apart from people who are not in your group. If this is not possible for example in passageways, please keep at least 1 metre apart and make sure that unless exempt or under the age of 11 that you are wearing a face covering.

Please ensure you wear the correct footwear for bowling in line with our shoe policy.
